NICA Isn't Just for People on Bikes!
Arkansas Interscholastic Cycling League is a volunteer based organization and can always use more help in a variety of ways!
Race day would not be possible without the incredible work of our volunteers! It takes a "village" to put on quality youth mountain bike races. Many parents and cycling enthusiasts find that getting involved with race production is a fun and rewarding experience. Saturday and Sunday positions are available.
Race Production Staff
We have a dedicated team that plans and executes the entire race season. If you love putting on events and are interested in a longer term volunteering commitment with the league, the race production staff may be just for you!
Local Dirt Volunteers
Local Dirt are team by team practice races that happen in your community. They are fast paced and a ton of fun! But we need your help to make them happen! Local Dirt events happen all over the state during the months of September, October and November.
The NICA GRiT program exists to get more girls on bikes! We need female volunteers to join us! Hanging out with girls at a coffee shop, checking girls in at GRiT events, riding with girls during GRiT events, mentoring GRiT student ambassadors, cheering girls on at races - the opportunities are endless!
Are you really good at organization? Do you love social media? How do you feel about telling people what to do? Teams all across Arkansas need help with finances, organization of bikes, snacks, volunteers, communication, social media, etc. We need you too!
